About the Author

Roger J. Trent has spent over seventeen years in the Apartment Rental Industry. He has worked with Section 8 properties, Tax Credit and Conventional properties. He started out as a grounds keeper picking up trash on a 1500 unit property and eventually worked his way up into management. After seeing people being taken advantage of at a property that he previously worked for he was inspired to tell his story. Roger is also a playwright who has performed on major venues. He currently resides in Nashville TN where he still works in Property Management.
