A birth of Kungchido took place not only blending Kung-Fu, Karate & Tai-chi together along with other unique techniques of self-defense, meditation, breathing and internal energy cultivation.  Kungchido illustrates exercises for strengthening personal life energy to heal oneself and trying to help others. This book presents a thorough understanding of new technique and teaches how to access the essence of mind power through movements and breathing techniques understanding “BodhiLu”.  It also includes a basic katas of Kungchido (ShaoLu 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5) and exercises accompanied by photographs with set of techniques for self-defense, for strengthening, smoothing, balancing, and transmitting energy using soft and slow moves with breathing.

The book also covers the defense against knife and key theory of Kungchido sparring as helpful tips for self-defense for general people. It is said that the most powerful force that humans have mastered is the destruction of a single atom that causes the release of all of its energy in a single moment.  This release of energy is called an atomic explosion and its power is well documented.  Now you should be aware that the energy within you (chi) is contained, just like the energy is contained in an atom.  This energy chi is equally valuable in our daily life or for martial artist to understand and implement Chi as required.
