Before you can consciously and effectively embark on any new journey, path or adventure in life, you must first choose to eliminate all the old, useless stuff you’ve been carrying around or holding on to for a long time. Let me explain:

When you buy a new house and are ready to move do you leave all the old stuff behind or do you go through all the old stuff and take only what you really need, want and can actually use? The same holds true for you personally. How can you start a new, healthy and overall well being way of life without cleansing and getting rid of all the old and harmful waste?

Personally, I have spent most of my life holding on to ALL my old and useless stuff. Experimenting and trying every new popular diet as well as over the counter pills just to lose those last 10 to 15 pounds and to reach a greater level of energy because I was eating so much refined sugar. 

Well guess what? None of it worked. OK, maybe it worked for a little while but in the long run I ended up worse off then when I started so, I decided to share all the bad and good information I experienced first hand with you so that maybe you won’t be as lost and confused as I was. 

There is no magic wand or pill out on the market. You are the magic wand, you! Everything you think you need is right here inside of you! All you have to do is look right in the mirror into your own eyes and you will see the amazing, awesome person full of light and power that you are and have always been. Dr. Layne and I know it might be a little scary, but that’s ok. Once you do this exercise several times a day, you will no longer be afraid, because you will have discovered your own innate greatness and will be in close, intimate contact with YOU!

Ideally, it shouldn’t be about having a skinny, perfect body or a picture perfect face, it should be about being and feeling HEALTHY ALL of the time. Besides, your soul; your essence is all of that and more. You and I were already created perfect and will remain as such always. Your health and overall well being should be THE #1 most important focus in your life NOT just about losing weight or being a certain dress or pant size! In the next several pages Dr. Layne and I will share with you our wisdom and experience on how to properly reach that state of great energy and overall well being for your life as well as getting lean and strong.

Originally, I started writing this book 15 months ago, and then one day while I was delivering food to the homeless for Easter someone broke into my car and stole everything. I was really tempted to give up period. I mean, can you imagine that my laptop with 200 pages of this book completed including all the back up discs and hard copy gone, just like that?

It took me weeks to come out of this numb state of shock. I can’t begin to explain what this did to me, so I won’t, but all I can say is that once I gave it some serious thought, it made me more determined than ever to start over again and this time make this one of the best books I will ever write. Which is when I met Dr. Layne D. Nisenbaum, D.O. who started this program and my pre-prepared meals. Because this program worked amazingly for Dr. Layne, we decided to write this book together.
