About the Book

Guards at the Gate will take the reader on a fast-paced trip from the thought of our Founding Fathers to the thoughts of today’s leaders. The ideas being projected today toward our youth, our families, and our country would literally have the Pilgrims, Washington, Franklin, Jefferson, Madison, Abraham Lincoln, General Patton, Eisenhower, John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King, Ronald Reagan and many more, spinning in a tornado in their graves.

If you truly value freedom, if America means to you what it does to me, then Guards at the Gate is the book for you!

About the Author

His life is as interesting as it has been varied.  He lived in an El Paso Natural Gas camp in Midkiff, Texas. There were 86 houses in the camp and he attended school in Big Lake, Texas which was 46 miles distant. He was band president in 1970. He is currently writing a book about his life living in the camp. He graduated from High School in 1970 at Big Lake and later attended various colleges and universities. He served in the United States Air Force from 1972 until 1979. He was honorably discharged from the military.  He attended the Police Academy and served as a reserve Police Officer for the city of Broken Arrow, OK. He is currently serving as a City Councilman for the City of Eunice, NM and is also on the Eunice Foundation and various committees.

He has been married for 40 years (yes, to the same woman) and they have four children.

He is as some may think, a Redneck. After all, he lives in a fly-over state. But he also has a message.

You may think it to be radical, but you need to read before you make a conclusion.

This book will surprise you. It should make you want to dig into the American history.  Go to your library and get everything you can about this country. It is all there in books.

It is not in the media!

History tells the truth for past and current events, not the media.  It is up to you. Are you ready?
