Since May 1987 he has clocked up a career total of 172. Course, Regional, National, British, European World strength speed stamina records; 1,940 back of bands push ups in 1 hour, 29,850 full contact punches in 1 hour, 932 sit ups carrying 50 lbs weight on chest in 30 minutes, 1,500,230 push ups in a calender year averaging 4000 per day.
