Bonita is President of Polaris Consulting Group, an organizational effectiveness firm that improves bottom-line results by aligning behaviors with strategic business intent. Her practical perspective was honed during her 20+ years of leadership and executive success in IBM and other organizations.
Her broad array of corporate, government, and non-profit clients view her as a strategic partner in enhancing collaboration, innovation, and bottom-line results.
She holds an MS in Organizational Management, a BA in Communications, and is a graduate of the IBM Harvard / Wharton Leadership Program. She serves as Women’sVision Leadership Institute guest faculty, is past president of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Human Resource Association, and has co-authored Emotional Intelligence in Action.
