Successful Seniors: The National HOME Alliance especially desires to serve our acctive adults and seniors with housing packages that make sense. Look at Judy for instance, who was awarded a package worth $346,000 for only $89,000. After the sell of her home, she was unsure of her ability to afford a new home. The National HOME Alliance committee reviewed her information and awarded her the following contract: Her space rent to be paid in full for a 25 year period of time, a housing security system, a vacation package (one location per year not to exceed a total of $3000.), a buy-down of her manufactured home package from $136,000, which provided a savings of $42,000 off the cost of her ordering and placing her home within the community. Judy has a future option of obtaining a counseling contract for the children serviced within the National HOME Alliance families. (Must adhere to the rules and regulations and qualify for any/or all programs or housing packages)
Majority Medical: The National HOME Alliance had the opportunity of supporting a medical professional with an opportunity to remain within 55 minutes of her work place while providing a safe place to live for her two young adults. Veronica a single mom who was awarded an upgrade housing package to a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2000 square foot home within a gated community from her manufactured home. And though there was very little equity within her manufactured home due to the drop in the housing market, the package was still accepted. Mrs. Veronica handled her manufactured housing package with integrity and responsibility thus making her eligible for an upgraded package. Veronica accepted an Equity Share package, which provided a 20% percent down payment and a monthly payment assistance of $1288.00 per month for the life of the contract. Veronica will pay a mortgage share of $1000.00 per month and receive a vested equity share of 40% percent of the future appraised value of the property. (All National HOME Alliance programs are non-transferable)

About the Book
"Gambling Houses," is a reality based journal about the affects of housing on familes and Antoinette's personal journey to create a housing program designed to serve the non-traditional buyer. This eight quarter journey is uniquely designed to inspire interactive assessment of readers who will then become clients of this National HOME Alliance program. The National HOME Alliance is a collaboration of housing investors and business owners, property mangers, manufactured home dealers, and churches all supporting the initiative to provide speacialized support housing programs to a non-traditional syndicate of buyers. The SPECTRUM Network Agency will compile a profile from these buyers. After the purchase of the journal the client will be contacted and begin their personalized housing program. Once the profile is compiled, it will be placed in front of the National HOME Alliance committee who will assess which properties will best suit the profile. The Journal, which, initiates the activation of the program for each family concentrates on two phases: SPECTRUM 2 SPECTRUM......The first phase concentrates on the management of the families housing needs and phase two focuses on the person to property collaboration. The 3/5/7 Family Management Care Coordinator (FMCC) will allow a confidante to walk side by side, escorting the family through their housing transitions into their permanent purchase. This journal series is the first of 8 journeys, all of which are distributed throughout the term of your FMCC-contract. We manage People not Property and we believe that "We're Better Together," and our hope is that the saying, "It takes a Village," will propel a new movement of families working together to raise America's children, to protect family stability, and most importantly to propel housing affordability. About the Author
Antoinette M. Antone is the CEO of the National HOME Alliance and CoOwner of SPECTRUM Network Agency.
2001-2004 She published MAC Magazine a local small magazine about the manufactured housing industry and SPECTRUM Network a local small magazine about the dynamics of networking to expand your business territory.
Antoinette attended University of CA, Riverside majoring in Business Administration and California Polytechnical University majoring in Behavioral Sciences, while in college, at the age of 23, she wrote and won a contest (out of 150 entries) under the direction of Mick Tobin for a program developed to transition youth authority minors to group homes. She created and developed a Pre teen Pregnancy housing program for Acclamation homes. She presented a program to the county of San Bernardino for a 24 hour child care program for foster familes, which was converted to the now utilized after school day care program offered throughout the unified school districts.
Antoinette has been creating and implementing new programs within the inland empire since 1991......Her venture into the housing arena took place in 1994 and propels her desire to take this program city to city, state to state, nation to nation. She would like to assist in creating new housing initiatives that protect the family, initiate viable housing purchasing options and create housing opportunities that make stability sense.....
