About the Book

This workbook is the fruition of 15 years of observation, research and discovery of how to make learning fun and easy for children ages 3-5 in literacy and math. The exercises will help them feel and experience success.

About the Author

Mila Opalia-Paniamogan is a teacher, illustrator of educational aids, church education director, mother of three and wife of a minister. She began these workbook projects in 1991 and has revised the contents many times over using them at different Head Start schools in Chicago, IL, Columbus, OH, and San Diego, CA. This project was inspired during the launching of the America 2000 Program. Mrs. Paniamogan has worked with the Philippine Public School System as an elementary school teacher for 10 years; as an Information Specialist for the United Way of the Midlands in Omaha, NE for 7 years and the Head Start Program since 1990. She received her B.S. Ed. Degree at Northeastern Mindanao College in Surigao City, Philippines; Master’s Degree in Church Education at Calvin Theological Seminary in Grand Rapids, MI; and Early Childhood training at Oakton Community College in Des Plaines, Illinois.
