Professor Eric Moonman, OBE, is a leading European commentator and advisor on television of the many facets of violence and, in particular, counter terrorism.  He has had extensive experience in the commercial and public sector.

Professor Moonman is a member of the International Research Council of the Potomac Institute, Washington DC; visiting Professor, City University, London and a former senior research fellow, UMIST.  He has developed programmes for the International Red Cross in Africa.  In the 1990s he initiated the original research into soccer violence.

A Labour MP (10 years) and Parliamentary Private Secretary.

Author of many books including his highly successful The Violent Society and the Alternative Government.
