About the Book

This book is about learning some basic educational experiences that children will experience in kindergarten. This book’s purpose is to help those little ones who are ready for school get ready by reading some fun and adventurous learning stories about a little boy named Billy who could not wait to enjoy the world of learning for the first time. From the first day of class to the last, children will want to apply what they have read to what they will or want to do in school or at home.

About the Author

My name is Jonnetta Binion, and I am the wonderful mother of a 5-year-old boy. I went to Washington High school, in the same state I was born, South Bend, Indiana. I was inspired to write this book because of my son’s first experience in the world of education. When my son would come home, he would share with me his day at school. From the new friends he made to what he learned in school, he was very happy. I believe that this book will help parents encourage their little ones who will be entering their first year as well but prepare them with the reading written in this book, that is filled with wanting to learn, adventure, and explore this world with confidence when it comes to learning.
