About the Author

Frank M. Manfredi is currently employed in the Construction field.  He lectures to various business groups on result oriented business efforts and techniques. He conducts seminars for Governmental agencies attempting to “partner” contracts with General Contractors.  The seminars outline various communication techniques and dispute resolution procedures.

His previous book, Essays on the Proper Path, contains essays on the perplexities and paradoxes of life, including the existence of evil in society, the causes of failure, and the true meaning of life’s purpose.
