The Adventures of Samantha The Black Racer Snake

About the Book

 “The Adventures of Samantha” is about a Black Racer snake that lives in my yard.  She has given me a lot of respect for snakes with her unique personality and I have witnessed everything mentioned in the book. It’s a typical day in her life as she goes about looking for food and just surviving the dangers of suburbia. It is told in a rhyming format and hopefully this book will be the first of many about Florida’s animals.

About the Author

Christine Jamesson was born and raised in Rhode Island before moving to Florida in 1989.  She currently lives in the Tampa Bay area with her husband Jim and their Norwegian Forest Cat-Miss Kitty.

She’s had essays, poems and several newspaper articles published. When not researching and writing non-fiction she enjoys gardening and antique collecting.
