Bailey Bastine's messages are in the "unspoken voice". Even people who don't speak have something to say. As a local Western New York artist with Down's Syndrome, Bailey showcased her artwork at the Museum of disABILITY History for a whole year. Even getting noticed by Mongolian Downs Syndrome Association Director, and Canadian Down's Syndrome Association Ottawa chapter Director. Bailey is making a statement..It's a metaphor..."She's not speaking, because no one is listening..." She reveals a living history of a young woman's expose' of truth. This is the beginning of the end of isolation and bullying.
