The Myth

Did you know that Lycans really exist? Asked Lee Oh common. Said Augusta No really they do, said Nick Werewolves do not exist, Augusta said Well the more polite term is lycan but werewolf is used even by the good lycans when referring to the evil ones. Said Lee Augusta is about to comment when Lynn grabs her hand and squeezes it. Augusta gets the idea and looks back at Lee waiting for him to continue with his story. You see, Lee continues there is good lycans and bad lycans just like there is good people and bad people. The bad lycans do harm to others of their kind as well as other kinds. The good lycans know what they are but choose to use their gift for different purposes. Lee pauses to give effect and then continues. Now unlike the myths and stories you may have herd, lycans can actually change whenever they want. There does not need to be a full moon involved. Also the full moon does not bring out the evil in them. The full moon only enhances the powers that the lycans posses. If you ever wanted to know what sex you were dealing with all you would have to do is look at the color of their coat. Males are black and females are gray. So do werewolves, I mean lycans look like regular wolves or are they some kind of grotesque human looking being? Augusta asked No they look just like wolves but with big yellow eyes. Lee answered. And you mentioned powers being enhanced by the full moon. What kind of powers do lycans have, you know if they really did exist of course. Augusta asked Lycans do exist and their powers would be of course to change in and out of human/lycan form, mind reading, speed, healing, and a long life, answered Lee What like immortality? Asked Augusta No, not immortality, they do die but they generally live three times longer than the oldest human these days. The oldest known lycan lived to be three hundred and sixty-two years old. Lee said So tell me something then, how do you become a lycan? Do you have to be bitten or something? Asked Augusta Not exactly. The bite won’t do anything if the lycan blood doesn’t infect the wound. However if lycan blood got into the wound, and all it would take would be one drop, then the human would in fact be infected. But you can be born lycan as well. All it really takes is one lycan for that too; mother or father makes no difference. It is most common to be born lycan. The good lycans won’t change a human without their knowledge. The evil lycans generally won’t let any human that they bite survive anyway. After all the reason they bit the human to begin with is for the kill. There is the occasional accidental in situations, birth and bite. Said Lee Did that answer your question?
