About the Book
Middle school is hard. And as a young wizard, I have many challenges ahead of me. From evil wizards to a boy called Hey to a boy who jokes about his lips, being named Apokko (Apokko-lips {Apocalypse}), this is going to be one wacky year. Here are some things you may well read in my JOURNAL! Not diary, ohh, how I hate to say that word. An evil wizard, a man at the Movie Arena, a boy named Hey, a man who works at the detention room TOMKs, and a semi-overprotective mom. Yes, things are going to get weird.
About the Author
Zack Samuels is known for his creativity, sense of humor and good heart, all of which you will find in all his writing. By the age of three, Zack was not only reading chapter books but also memorizing them. As a young boy, he had always loved when his parents, Geri and Greg, read to him. He still especially loves when his Grandparents, “Bubbye” and “Zay Zay”, bring him books and climb into bed with him to read. Then when his little sister, Erin, was born, Zack immediately took to reading to her and they formed the tight bond that will remain with them forever. Energetic and enthusiastic teachers from his hometown of Richmond, Virginia, always encouraged Zack to read, read, read and write, write, write. They knew his potential was limitless and Zack proved them right. During his free time (when he’s not watching old sitcoms and playing video games), he enjoys tennis although his passion is sitting at the computer where he gets to use his quick wit, youthful, yet mature writing style, and simply type away.
