About the Book

This book was inspired by my young daughter, and our neighbors children who I used to babysit. The neighbors that moved in next to us seemed to always have a missing cat and could never find them. This story “Katy Cat” reminds me of their cat situations and the kids.

About the Author

I’m originally from Michigan, then moved to California for 5 years and now reside in Colorado since 1994. I love the beautiful Rocky Mountain landscape. This is my very first children’s book. I’ve wanted to publish a children’s book for years. I have several poems and ideas for books stuffed in drawers just sitting there waiting to get published. I get inspired with ideas in dreams and when my daughter was very young.
