About the Author
Douglas Ivey is a professor of Engineering at the University of Alberta in Canada. He has published widely in the technical literature, but this is his first foray into children's literature. This book is one version of several related stories he used to make up and tell his sons when they were children. After fifteen years of procrastination, the book has finally been published.
Michael Ivey is a computer engineer with a passion for animation. As a seven year old, Michael drew illustrations for bedtime stories his dad would tell him about three cows and a farmer. Fifteen years later, his passion for drawing and cartooning has blossomed and he has provided this tale with accompanying artwork.
