This book is written especially keeping in mind the importance of the attitude of gratitude towards every thing - our body, mind and breath. Each part of the body has to be loved and respected. Any suffering, pain, disorder, disease in the body or mind has to be acknowledged and understood. It has not to be condemned but given attention and then proper intention, which will assist the body to let go off the sufferings.
Physical symptoms are the visible result of the imbalance of energies at the subtle levels of our existence. Where the energy flow is weak, illness manifests in those areas.
Through Reiki we heal and balance the subtle etheric bodies and in turn give the chakras their normal vibrations which can be termed as a ‘Reiki Chakra Balance’. When vibrating normally the chakras energize the physical body which then functions as an obedient instrument of the Mind.
This book is written to make one realize the abundance within him and in the Universe. We just need to tap it with focused Intentions. The book also attempts to bring to the Conscious the potential of the Sub-Conscious, which can transcend every gross difficulty with The Universal Life Force Energy – REIKI.
The healing approach of Reiki is such that it intents to be with the present. It considers the unrest of the body and mind and relaxes them. Healing happens through relaxation. Though it heals past issues that have manifested as dis-eases/disorders but its approach is on the ‘NOW’. Now there is pain, do Reiki and get relieved now. It does not go into any irrelevant details but allows a quick diagnoses and instant connection.
Hands are the instrument to receive and give. Through hands God/Saints give boons. The hand positions aim at treating the person as a whole.
Reiki is ever pervading Super Conscience Energy flowing all around us. With love and reverence invite and invoke Reiki. The following may serve as a guide.
The Invocation: I call upon Reiki - The Universal Life Force Energy to make me its perfect instrument, to flow through me and through me into all my vital organs and revitalize and rejuvenate them and me.
I also call upon my Spiritual Guides and Angels to help me in this Divine process of Healing and Feeling LIFE and LOVE.

Reiki is a distillation of the ancient wisdom and intuitive knowledge of the Eastern Seers and western followers.

She has been a regular guest speaker on ‘CARE TV’ – as an expert for programs on Reiki, and Dream Analysis. She has lectured and has held workshops for Reiki, Meditation and Yoga. She is writing a book on ‘Yoga’.
