About the Book
Countless men and women have returned to society after spending time in rehabilitation centers and/or prison to become productive citizens defying the dangers of prison recidivism. This book presents a brief look into the lives of several individuals who have defied the odds of addiction and returning to prison. Read as they share some of what happened to them and how their lives changed drastically. They represent those whose stories have yet to be told sharing from the depths of their hearts situations that could break a man or woman forever. And yet they made it. It was by the grace of God!
About the Author
Lunetta Sims has traveled extensively as a speaker including two mission trips to Georgetown, Guyana, South America. She is an approved volunteer through the TDCJ Chaplaincy Department with twenty years of service, speaking at men and women prison units. Lunetta founded House of Hope – BTH (Broadening The Horizon), a 501(c)3 non-profit home for women coming out of prison and continues to mentor women as they rebuild their lives.
