We know for a fact they do not contain chemicals as facial cleansing products do. The book is all about teaching you to use the best natural ingredients for beauty and health.

My favorite tip is when you are tired after a long day of shopping or work. You still need to continue with kids’ home work serving dinner and so much more. You need lots of energy. All you do is take one paper towel wet it with ice water, squeeze and apply on the face covering eyes.
Keep the music on, stay for 7 min after 7 min remove the towel you will be energized and rejuvenated to go on rest of the day active. Oil pulling is another remedy to stay healthy from cold and cough or any allergies you have.
