About the Book
The Mother Store is a special and magical place were any child in the world can go to exchange there mother for a brand new one!

About the Author
Cristina Bruno , was born on june 2 , 1975, in Cortland NY, where she grew up with her mother and sisters Vanessa and Erica untill the age of 15.
In 1990 her family moves to Italy for there business; to build "Le Gardenie" tourist village in Cariati, CS in Calabria. Beautiful resort in southern Italy on the Ionio sea.
Two more members came into her family; sister Monica and brother Michael.
She is very united with her sisters and brothers, who are all characters used in her books and that are based on there true personalities.
Cristina always had a special passion for arts and crafts, she won several awards in art competitions in Ny state and in italy from a very young age.
She started writing stories for children since she was 8 years old.Then would bring her self -made books to school, to sell the copies she had made to her friends. Showing her ability as a baby entrepreneur.
Finaly in 2007 she started working on her first book for children:"The Mother Store", that was a remake of the original tale she created in third grade. This turned her favourite hobby into a career. After years working as a sports journalist and fitness model, she now is a pubblished author and illustrator.
Cristina currently lives in Pescara Italy and has three wonderful children; Daniel , Alessandro and Nikole.
Last but not least she has her fantastic nephew Andrew, who is the first one to critique her manuscripts as soon as they are finished.
