About the Author
Freddye J. Carter is a native Texan, holding degrees from Paul Quinn College and the University of Texas, Austin. A Jurisdictional Supervisor in the Church of God in Christ, Carter is a strong proponent of training for women's ministries. Currently, she has several books, including: "TO BURN OR NOT TO BURN"; "SOMEBODY OUGHT TO TELL HER". Mother Carter (as she is called), widow of the beloved Superintendent Jesse L. Carter, shares sage wisdom from her fifty-three (53) year marriage, in the publication, "IF YOU LOVE ME, LET ME BE YOUR HELPMATE." She is an evangelist missionary, teacher/lecturer, and inspirational speaker.
