Pepe decided to fly to Alaska.
He had built a supersonic Airplane out of a cardboard box, an old car seat, a broken fan as the propeller, and a rusty surfboard as wings for his airplane.
All he needed was his helmet. He was ready for his journey!
"Wow!" Exclaimed Pepe as he saw the first signs of Alaska. "It's beautiful!" he said with a sigh.
The great mountains of Alaska still had some snow on them. The view from way up there was grand.
Pepe began to descend. He had decided to explore a city with a particular name...The North Pole!

About the Book
Pepe Goes to Alaska is Martin Suarez Luna's first book in a series of stories he has written in the past few years. Pepe was born from the stories he tells his three daughters at bedtime. Since he was little, he's been fascinated with nature and travel. A native of Mexico, his dream has been to travel like Jacques Cousteau and see the world through the eyes of the curious child within him.

Martin Suarez Luna was born in 1969 in the city of Guanajuato in Mexico, a city well known for its historical importance folkloric stories and fantastic myths of the people in the city; even the name Guanajuato has a magical meaning; “The Valley of Frogs”
Martin emigrated to the United States in 1991.
Writing books is a dream come true for Martin. His passion is based on the belief that words, whether spoken or written, have the power to change people’s lives and mold the futures of generations yet to come.
