Chapter 1 Crop Circles Who Make Them and Where Do They Come From? Their collective name can be deduced once the reference of the ancient symbols used in many crop circle designs is identified. The ancient symbols used in this modern phenomenon match the designs of ancient symbols (Sumerian in origin as it happens) that refer to the planet Nibiru, 10th planet of the solar system. Its Sumerian name, ‘Nibiru,’ meant ‘Planet of Crossing,’ referring to its position in the asteroid belt at its closest approach to the sun in its 3600-year orbit; see Sitchin 1978. The Sumerian records show they knew of all the other nine planets, including their relative size and colors. They used various symbols to designate this homeworld of the Anunnaki (‘From Heaven Those Who Came Down to Earth’), such as a cross, a large circle (meaning ‘3600'), and a ringed circle. These three types of designs have been found repeatedly in the crop circles. Crop circles were first documented (photographed, measured, and reported) in England in the summer of 1976. This timing was no accident, since it was during that summer that NASA’s Viking spacecraft first photographed from Mars orbit the huge structures and The Face at Cydonia. The author contends that these ‘monuments’ were designed by and made by those from Nibiru, the Anunnaki. Hoagland (1992) shows that some mathematical constants used in the geometric layout of Cydonia were used in the geometric design of some crop circles. So crop circle ancient symbol references to Nibiru also refer to the Anunnaki, who (using some of their own genes) genetically created humans to work for them, and who much later established the first human civilization, in Sumeria about 5000 years ago.
