Strength Like an Eagle

About the Book

This book was written to encourage the body of Christ to know that no matter what we face in life we can have the strength like an eagle. Eagles are strong birds, their wings help them glide, protect their young and keep harm away. We too can possess this strength in keeping our minds and hearts focused and believing that with God all things are possible. Just as the Lord provides and protects the fowl of the air so shall He do the same for us.

About the Author

Jimmy Stevens is the Founding Pastor of the New Covenant Faith Baptist Church of Lake Charles, Louisiana. He is married to Patricia Stevens, father to Jamie Stevens and grandfather to Jeremiah Patrick Stevens. Pastor Stevens serves as President of Lake Charles Bible College located in Lake Charles. He received a BA degree from McNeese State University and post graduate studies at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in New Orleans, La. Cornerstone University of Lake Charles. Pastor Stevens desire is to see believers in Christ discipled and grow into Christian maturity.
