(SCENE 10) The new development are as follows, from the triple murder onto the double murder the phones all had in common one number. That one number belonged to a Charles, Smith. In the name colom in the phones was not Charles, Charles Smith, or Smith. It was Lucky at most, but L.C. ran second. Now after further steps taken we found that this Charles Smith isn't unknown to O.P.D.s vice unit. His name was at its tops. The mobster as they called him is not the hand to hand drug salesman. He's a major figure when it comes to supplying them. Down right dirty when it comes to street fighting, replied P. Hughes who paid a special visit to Verllin Spencer who asked for all he had on Charles Smith, point blank. Spencer plan was to be very much needed to allow him to get inside info and keep his status. He also had a crew out ready maintain a surveillance in his behalf. Now with pictures of him on his desk, once Hughes left he would call those faithfuls to come get copies of the photos. It was 1:00 pm when they received them. They also was appointed a crew to track him by his phone. It was 3:00 when they tracked Lucky down in that Hummer. The 5:00 pm report from them stated that Lucky had a lead car plus a designated tail car that was followed by three to four rotating vehicles. That fueled the fire for Spencer to put his plan in motion starting in the morning. He knew where the Hummer was traced so he decided to monitor it from there also. As units passed the location where the Hummer came from. It was a question opposed to whether they could obtain its history. Calls were placed to see how busy that Hummer was. It was quite booked during the day, but night was a different story. An order was called in to rent that particular Hummer for the night. The plan was for the tech to plant a bug device and a tracking system that'll be easier to use than phone tracking. All seemed to go well and timely. The driver had no clue of what was taking place while he drove, or stood outside awaiting to open up a door. The four hour rental served the purpose. The test checks were ran and all was good. (SCENE 11) Stimy now in Ohio united with the crew from the bay. The latest word from Eazy was that the inside contact had lost control due to the recent bombings. It was now up in the air as far as the clock goes. The group made plans now for Ohio and the surrounding cities and states. This meeting at night was much needed for all parties to monitor what's going on back home. This would alert them of any unusual occurrences. (SCENE 12) Kay and her husband were experimenting with each other. They were taking turns making human strawberry sundaes out of each other. Not a care in the world they had outside of their bedroom. The scene was filtered by soft music as a background. His art showed how detailed she looked as a sundae as he role played the server. This private party was an introduction to those new to his crew and those to come. This crowd was well selected since those with spots came and had groups of women in their company. Lucky didn't miss a wink of it as he watched her show, front row so to speak. Next to see Lucky was this chick called Twinkle Toes, she was a cold piece if she wanted to be. Not tonight though because she never heard of Lucky having a woman lately at all. this gave her reason to put it all on the line. Inside behind closed doors, Lucky tried what he did with Freak Nasty. "As you wish," she replied as they went out to monitor the crowd who was pretty much into the music. As Lucky and Twinkle Toes stood at the rail they looked down into the pool. They watched those at play as well as those sitting along the pools edge. Their were those who got their dance on in the living room. One couple was let out by the doorman. Two hours later Lucky had it all rapped up and over without an incident. He knew he'd be making his appearance early and the Hummer would be on time. Those who he paid previously to cleanup was also through. Lucky and Twinkle Toes remained.
