Soul Searching

Tommy knew he was a mistake, and he wasn’t supposed to be here. Not like this. He questioned how so many things could be so wrong when they seemed so right. He wondered if he should have told his parents that his older sister would die.

As he sat there with his seat belt tightly snug, smelling the cigarette smoke filled plane, he glanced at the seat pocket in front of him. Reaching forward to fumble with its contents, he thought about his beginning.

Like all babies, when Tommy was born, his mind was limited in capacity, but he was different. His mind still held a vision of a place and time prior to his birth. It began as a simple picture of a happy and loving home that he was not willing to relinquish. Although his current loving world was filled with new experiences, mostly of bodily functions, he continued to dwell on his vision.

As each day passed, he began seeing more and more pictures of his other life, storing them in his little mind. Like the scattered parts of a puzzle, Tommy pieced his prior life back together, gently taking each picture and placing it in the right sequence of time. As each piece found its place, he slowly began to remember who he was, and a bigger picture emerged.

Whether memory is stored in the brain or stored within the human cells, the newborn baby is extremely limited in retaining new information. Tommy could remember. His memories were being restored within his being, and every cell of his being was holding onto pieces of memory as though it were pieces of life. He remembered being born. Although shaken from the

Immediately, Tommy received the thoughts of this other being. Unable to recognize Tommy’s verbal words, he could only understand Tommy telepathically through exchanging thoughts in the form of energy pieces. He told Tommy that his name was Charley, and that he was the Ring Manager.

Charley saw Tommy’s lifeline running through his rings and knew he had a traveler. He had been waiting for Tommy to show up because he didn’t get very many travelers. Although many spiritual beings traveled through his rings all the time, travelers still connected to a physical being on earth were very rare.

Tommy sent a message back to Chancy, "I have been visiting my Grandpa and have tried to find my way back home to where my physical body is. I have been traveling for a very long time, and I’m so tired. Can you help me get back home?

Charley’s message, "Close your energy form and concentrate on your own energy to regain your strength."

Instead of extending his energy towards other people, like he had done before on earth. Tommy focused his energy on himself. As Tommy closed himself as tight as he could, almost contracting all his being inward, he felt an instant surge of new energy flowing throughout himself. In a matter of moments he was re-energized and ready for anything. Tommy felt great, better then he had ever felt before.

Charley messaged Tommy, "You can get back to your physical body by continuing to follow your lifeline, or you could travel back the way you came when you first traveled to see your Grandpa."

Tommy message’d, "Charley, I don’t know how I got to my Grandpa’s house, and I don’t remember coming this way, through these rings."

Charley message’d, "If you focus on where you want to be, you will be there in a flash. You desired to see your Grandpa, so you flashed to where he was."

Tommy realized that he was right. Tommy remembered being in Heaven long ago traveling this way. The memories all came back in an instant without any pain.
