Dean has more than 20 years of coaching, college teaching and workforce training and experience. He has been an invited presenter at many regional and national conferences. He has presented for many professional and non-profit organizations as diverse as MENSA, Body Positive, the Association for Chronic Pain Sufferers, the Western Association of Student Employment Administrators, Head Start, and the American Society for Training and Development. He has won national recognition awards for excellence and a congressional award for service to youth.
After receiving his master’s degree, he completed post-graduate work and advanced certification in Sports Psychology. As a certified mental games coaching professional he works with athletes and people in the work place to get the “right mindset.”
