If you opt to purchase your publishing package outside of the AuthorHouse shopping cart, please submit the order forms for the package and payment for services selected via postal mail or fax. When you're ready, submit your work in an acceptable format. To read the order forms and agreements, you'll need Adobe Acrobat. Click on the link below to download and save the document for the package you selected. Follow the instructions on the order form. Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions. Note: These agreements are for North American authors only.
