Many people may have successful careers but are very stressed and unhappy in their work environment. Others may not be as successful as they would like and as a result are very unhappy. After years of working in different companies and getting exposed to different organizational cultures and management styles, I accumulated a lot of knowledge about what to do and what not to do. Each position that I held helped add to this knowledge. As a subordinate I learned about variety of ways to succeed. I also gained a lot of skills and learned a lot as a manager and a director of large organizations. I believe this knowledge will be very beneficial to others who aspire to succeed and be happy. I decided to write this book with the objective of making this knowledge available to everyone in an easy and accessible form. The book is divided into five parts. The first part deals with personal skills. The personal skills section describes the skills needed for success.
