Keith has extensive experience in inventory management, and he is adept at extracting and analyzing data from computer software systems. In addition to participating in fantasy basketball and baseball, Keith’s other hobbies include playing contract bridge, backgammon and poker. He also speculates in the stock market. In this work, I describe some powerful fantasy sports resources that are available online, and I explain how we can use these resources to win our leagues. I discuss the procedures I created that helped me make informed and objective fantasy management decisions. I also share the valuable spreadsheet I developed that helped me monitor my players' performances and my leagues’ activities. The information I offer in these pages will help you accurately evaluate any NBA player and successfully compete in your leagues.
While drafting this manuscript, I deliberated about who my intended audience should be. Some sections of this manual are targeted at fantasy sports beginners. Other sections should assist the majority of fantasy team owners. Ultimately, everyone can take something from this work, including fantasy sports veterans and managers of traditional pen-and-paper leagues.
In the end, my objective is simple: I’m offering suggestions for player performance research and analysis. I’m also providing strategy techniques that fantasy managers everywhere can utilize and improve upon.
