Mrs. Paddy is a pen name.  The author loves to travel, is an avid bird-watcher, writer, singer, and an award-winning director for community-based theatre.   She has been married since 1976, has two grown sons, one daughter-in-law, two cats, and spent twenty years as a military wife prior to her husband's retirement.   The author has lived in England, Turkey and Germany as well as several states in the U.S., and is a self-proclaimed political activist and patriot.  The author currently resides in south Florida.
