It is for those who think they can learn quickly and would like to work on something new. It would help the people who make a choice to help others, or themselves, by solving problems. Whether you are a student, someone who works in an organization, or a CEO, after reading this book, you would gain recipes to enhance your success. Today, no matter where you work and no matter what work you do, you are facing several challenges in your organization. I am not going to solve your problems, but I am going to give you a roadmap for solving them yourself. I am not going to think for you, but I am going to make you think and think hard. I am going to ask you a few questions to help determine what may work and what may not. I am going to give you models of efficiency and success. I am going to ask you to think about them and come up with remedies for your own problems. Every problem is unique, and every recipe for success is different. But success begins with one word: think.

About the Author

Rohit Malshe, Ph.D., graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, with a University Gold Medal. After working in the pharmaceutical industry on multi-million dollar projects for a year, he attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where he received his doctorate in Chemical Engineering specializing in Nano-Technology. His research interests include Condensed matter physics, Engineering, Math and computing, Computer programming, Statistics, Molecular biology, and Management. Rohit is currently a research and development engineer at Intel where he conducts lean sigma analysis of engineering projects in order to maximize the potential of manpower, machines, materials, and processes. In his free time, he paints, composes songs and music, and runs marathons. Think brings together a variety of experiences, inspirations, and ideas that will help you come up with great achievements at work and in your personal life that will inspire you to do things in a way you have never done before!
