About the Book

The very first innovative cookbook of its kind—this book is very unique in that each recipe is delivered in three different ways: exotic-African, gluten-free, and vegan. We recognize that sometimes people in the same household have different health issues, which prevents them from consuming certain foods. So our reason for this three-dimensional approach of creating your everyday meals is meant to give power to you (the consumer) to make choices based on your lifestyle, dietary needs, or preferences. We are committed to helping you on the journey to become a healthier you and to bring you more recipes, always in multiples of three (3).

About the Author

Maureen is a mother of three beautiful kids. She likes to paint, write short romantic stories and capture images with the lens. She also loves to create her own recipes, travel & indulge in fashion modeling. It became apparent to Maureen that creating recipes is not only pleasant, but enhances her family’s health. She took interest in recipes that particularly incorporate gluten-free choices because of her son’s illness. Her son was diagnosed with a disease caused by severe allergies to gluten. As a concerned mother, she decided to embark on a journey to explore options to meet her son’s needs. Since then, she has come to love the art of cooking tasty yet healthy meals; most of which are gluten-free. What started clearly as an attempt to ease her son’s agony later blossomed into an initiative filled with creative ideas for a gluten-free diet. It became a passion; and as she admits, “a passion that I’m not ready to give up ever... It’s fantastic, healthy and tasty”. Therra is a mother of three adorable kids. She is an author and enjoys coaching women who desire to get back in shape after pregnancy or simply struggling with weight related issues. She deems herself a Free Spirit and very passionate about Spirit/Mind/Body enrichment and loves any form of creation that originates from the heart and is manifested into physical form. This probably explains her gifts in drawing, painting, writing, graphic design and interior décor. When it comes to food/nutrition, she credits her late-mother, who instilled the art of cookery lessons in her. As a wife, Therra was challenged by her husband’s inclination towards caloriedense foods. The ‘health freak’ in her emerged and she was motivated to satisfy her husband’s yearnings without sacrificing his life. She also wanted to teach her kids what her mother instilled in her. This love for her family, passion for wholesome living, combined with her creative prowess, propelled her to seek prolific ways to bring life-foods to her cuisine - made with a dash of originality, a fusion of ethnic flavors; while staying committed to quality and taste. Bernice is a mother of two wonderful kids. She’s a writer, published author and founder of Forever Young Revolution. Bernice focuses on Vegan and raw recipes. Her famous declaration: "I just Love Myself a Little Differently” is not just a slogan but a true manifestation of how she lives. She believes that there is a wide margin of people out there who already are or are open and willing to “loving themselves just a little differently too,” but they are very much in need of help and direction. She is bent on eliminating the myth that vegan diet is bland; thus she creates easy yet flavorful foods. Bernice was inspired to fully jump on the “vegan-wagon” after her father passed away from cancer. She calls herself a 'twisted vegan' as her lifestyle is 90% vegan which consists of a high raw diet and 10% breathing room as she occasionally enjoys treats like eating fish, especially Salmon. Before, during and especially after her pregnancies, Bernice credits her vegan lifestyle for getting back in shape.
