About the Author

Brian Dooley, CPA. MBT is a CPA and an international tax specialist. He earned his bachelor of science in accounting and a graduate degree in taxation from the University of Southern California. A former university instructor in international taxation, he is the author of many publications regarding foreign tax matters and served for many years as chairman of the California Society of CPA’s International Tax Committee of Orange County. Mr. Dooley has also served as an expert witness for the United States House Ways and Means Committee, the Department of Treasury, and the IRS.
