About the Book

This is a story about a destiny-tested mission through God''s love, communication and given purpose, without partiality.  An E to H tells how God used the normal responsibilities of a single parent to train a mother of five, for a mission to serve strangers of another culture.

Step-by-step, readers will see this simple woman--with ordinary weaknesses, doubts, and fears overcome many shortcomings, in order to make a difference in hundreds of lives for children in the slums of Kenya.  Across the years, every job and experience prepared her for this role in life.

Equipped with the unconventional weapon of having an "ear to hear" God speaking was all she had to stand against the many oppressing challenges, at every turn.  Page after page of wickedness in high places, deprivations in an under-developed country, satanic forces, and even death team up to defeat her mission.  As the 6-year mission drew to a close, the devil''s next attack required a direct intervention by the angels of the Lord. 

In the church world, many talented people that love the Lord and desire to be used by Him are waiting to be ''assigned for duty'' by the hierarchy.  This story testifies that it is not necessary to be a high-profile, church elite to be effectively used in God''s service.

About the Author

Evangelist Margaret Allen''s call to serve came in the form of a scriptural revelation when she was six-years-old.  This was given at a time when she had not known how God speaks or that He would even speak to a child.  Fourteen years later, she had received Christ as head of her life and began an 18-month mission training in Oahu, Hawaii and several years of experience in the mainland assisting pioneering pastors.

Thereafter, her personal work extended to Germany, Spain and Africa.  Destined to fulfill an intricate role in Kenya, with a taskforce that was hand-picked by God, she served as a headmistress of an elementary school, where she created an educational sponsorship program.  She also trained women in handcrafts and marketed the products, in order to provide a way for destitute families to have food and clothing.

Along with a Kenyan pastor, she was co-founder of a 200-member English-speaking fellowship, Nairobi Gospel Center (NGC), and taught throughout Kenya.  Homeland areas included California, Texas, Missouri, Arkansas and Louisiana, where she has ministered as guest speaker and seminar leader.  Currently, she spearheads the launching of One Accord Freedom Ministries, an outreach organization that first began in Kenya.
