About the Book

This book contains a collection of poetry written between when I was in high school up to the military. I like to think most of the poems inside or philosophical, meaning that I try to have people see things or situations in different views. I wrote a lot of these to music that would just cause something to pop in my head. I won't say that my emotions didn't help fuel these because quite a few times it did. Or at least it pushed me into specific subjects. I am a beginning writer so I personally don't think a lot of these are the greatest but as I continued writing I got better and more creative. I hope that you all enjoy the book and that maybe it helps you see certain things a little differently. I hope also that some of my experiences that fueled some of these poems might help other people know that in life you are never truely alone. There is always someone out there that at least has an idea of how you feel at any given moment in time. I just hope that this book helps entertain and inspire you.

About the Author

My name is Clinton A. Hewitt. I am a newly published author but have loved writing for a long time. I began writing back when I was in high school but didn't really get in depth with it until I joined the military. I enlisted in the United States Air Force when I was nineteen years old and got stationed at Ellsworth AFB. I continue to try and better myself by writing different things and seeking out new projects. I'm currently venturing into actual stories while also writing movie scripts. I've loved art since I can remember. Anything can be an art but only so many of those can really capture a person and take them on a journey that changes their views on life. I love music, movies, games and photography. However, all forms of art always seem to catch my eye and inspire me. I'm very thankful for being who I am and having the people I have. I hope to venture farther in the creative world and learn new tricks while appreciating the creations of others as well.
