About the Author

Melinda Clements is a retired teacher who has been involved in the roping, ranching and rodeo business her entire life. Retiring after twenty plus years in education she made a move to North Texas to be close to her kids and grandkids. Living on a 55,000-acre cattle ranch in West Texas for some thirty plus years the move was a culture shock but she found herself right in the middle of the roping and rodeo industry like she had never been before. What a better place to cultivate Gracie and Thoughts of a Team Roping Spouse! Melinda also writes a daily devotional and is a published author in the Christian Genre. Her love of family, animals and the outdoors occupy most of her time. Gracie is close to her heart because she mirrors the lifestyle Melinda has lived through the years.
