About the Book

The story of the Gray Goose Down describes how Lt. Daniel Gray and his partner on a training mission with his fighter jet take one last flight from the enterprise before retiring and are interrupted by an object that collided with them. Having to eject, the two land on an island that is controlled by drug lords. The object that hit them also lands on the same island, and the two worlds meet for the first time. Finding a way to make the necessary repairs becomes a large task. The story has a humorous plot and a great ending. Enjoy. Billy

As a child growing up in the country where darkness prevails anything dealing with outer space was a scary thought. A time when our imagination could wonder of and generate some monsters of our own. I wrote The Gray Goose Down because I still think about those days when the idea of two worlds meeting for the first time.
