About the Book
A Communist coalition force, spearheaded by the displaced Soviets, are preparing to attack the United States and free world aided by their spies in the US Senate, National Security Agency (NSA), CIA, FBI, and Secret Service.
General Ashford Bardolph, the Communist Commander and Assistant Director of NSA, commits a fatal error by attacking the one man in the US arsenal, Retired Military Intelligence operative Skip Daggard, who could destroy the Communists’ manifest destiny of world domination.
About the Author
Tom served twenty-three years in the US Army in electronics communications with the 1st Signal Brigade, Vietnam, the Strategic Communication Command (STRATCOM) in Thailand, and the North American Air Defense Command (NORAD) in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
He fought the Cold War with the 3rd Armored Division in Frankfurt, Germany; the 9th Infantry Division Fort Lewis, Washington, Military Intelligence with INSCOM and Military Police Augsburg, Germany, the National Security Agency, 29th Military Intelligence Group (MI), and 519th MP Battalion Fort Meade, Maryland. Tom also served a short tour in Korea with the 293rd Signal Battalion as a site commander.
Tom has an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement/Criminology, BS in English Education with a minor in writing, and retired from the Garrett County Board of Education July 1, 2010.
He teaches Creative Writing for the Continuing Educational Department at Garrett College, and resides in Friendsville, Maryland with his thirteen dogs where he is now devoting his time to writing, publishing, and substitute teaching.
