I mourn for her, the woman I could’ve been

She was beautiful, smart and talented way back then

Over a course of love, marriage, and care – I killed her

Slowly I buried her spirit, I watched it stifle and wither

So many beautiful dreams and bright ideas she had

But she loved deeply and ignored the signs when it was going bad

Now youth has left her and I am all that remains

Bitter, lost, confused just waiting for death as my essence drains

I watch for her in the mirror and often apologize

A tragedy that only now, such beauty can I realize.

Delicately I taste your passion fruit against my yearning tongue

To swallow too soon would kill the desire of your taste

Relishing in the sweetness of your rich enticing flavor

To mix you with my caramel, velvet shavings

Blending the flavors of desire and passion

Flowing with the satisfaction of our potion

Purely engulfed in the digestion of satisfaction

Completely willing to suffer the fullness of the greed

The moisture of all of you melting away – slowly, deeply

All is the limit, more is the desire

Bite by bite, nibble by nibble – I feast upon pleasure
