ABOUT THE AUTHOR

 

David J. Holcombe was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. He graduated from the University of California at Davis (BSA), the University of Florida at Gainesville (MSA), and the Catholic University of Louvain in Brussels, Belgium (MD). His articles have been published in various academic journals; his plays have been produced in central Louisiana by Spectral Sisters Productions. He and his Belgian wife, Nicole, have long been ardent supporters of the arts, whatever form they may take; they continue to believe that art makes life worth living. His first collection of short stories, Like Honored and Trusted Colleagues, was published in 2007.
