About the Book
Carrot-Walnut Pie uses forest and woodland animals to teach children the value of morals, manners and fair play. Jeffrey’s first adventure finds him face-to-face with the local bully. Out of fear he strays from his sense of right and wrong. However, a little friend gives him the chance not only to right his wrong, but also to teach the bully that respect is earned and pie tastes better when eaten in the company of friends.

Sue started writing stories for her children’s enjoyment many years ago. As they grew up, got married and had their own children, she renewed her interest in children’s writing. Her eight grandchildren are now her most beloved critics.
