George D. Yarberry is a 30 year veteran in running Large Distribution Centers. Yarberry is known for his achievements and motivational techniques in getting results. He has been involved in five startup operations which included WMS Installation, Automation Design, Mechanization Enhancement, and Project Manager of 2.5 million square feet of construction. Yarberry has been very instrumental in the development of managers over the years. His centers have been rated some of the best results facilities in the industry, finishing with the top center on seven different occasions. Yarberry stated “ these results were accomplished by working through people.” The art of motivating individuals in wanting to be the best is imperative in getting results. He also served in the US Army and is a Viet Nam veteran receiving the Bronze Star. The skill of having good communication with your associates, being able to make change, and working by objectives is priceless.
