About the Book

This is a collection of stories, as shared by our Elders.

Some are highly imaginative, some are funny!

Some are based on true experiences!

All are the Elders'''' Legacy for our Children. There are some drawings to be colored,

in the first story. The rest are beautifully illustrated by

our artist, Natalie Van Kirk!

Enjoy these stories, then have your child

ask the Eldest in your family, to share

a story from their youth!

As a child I enjoyed reading, Little Golden Books. Even at the age of one year, I was delighted

with the tiny illustrations.

This, then, is an expansion of those type of stories. They have emerged from our program, The Rainbow Connection!
