About the Author

The author has been a practicing theologian for over thirty years and has taught philosophy/theology at major universities around the country (Notre Dame, University of Florida, etc.). He graduated from the University of Louvain in Belgium with superior degrees, from Rome, the University of California, Berkeley (Ph.D., J.S.D.). The author is also an attorney who has practiced law for a number of years. In all these areas, he has published over thirty books and over three thousand articles some of which can be seen and read on the Internet at www.thelastjihad.com and Peter Riga @msn.com. He is also a novelist whose books will appear in 2003.

Mr. Riga has studied comparative religions and has been studying Islam for many years. Other books on Islam in the making are Can We Live With Islam? A Call For Dialogue.
