INTRODUCTION
This book is very near and dear to my heart. It is about my life and my childhood traumas. It is not intended to expose or harm anyone. It is intended to help and strengthen all who have been struggling with childhood pains. I will talk about experiences in my childhood that caused me pain, suffering, distress, damage, upset, and shock.
I am not alone in suffering childhood ordeals. This world has many people who were raised in homes that had: domestic violence, sex abuse, physical abuse, verbal abuse, mental abuse, emotional abuse, sibling rivalry, death and dying, separation, etc . . .
In this book, through the guidance of the Holy Spirit, I will share my many childhood traumas that God healed. I needed deliverance because I allowed my past afflictions, to shape my life. I was going down a road of destruction and death. Saved and loving the Lord, I kept saying, "No one understands me. They don’t know what I have been through Lord. Lord, why won’t things get any better? Why is everything so hard?" Then the Lord put a mirror to my face, I recognized, that the intense battle I was fighting was the battle inside ME! I wanted freedom from my past sufferings. Therefore, I sought to examine myself and found it was time, " To Let Go and Let God!"

About the Author
I am the youngest of my mother’s three children and the sixth of my fathers seven children. I am a Gestalt therapist with a Ph.D. in counseling psychology. I have my own private practice mainly of adolescents. My secular job is with the City of New York. I am a Director for the Administration for Children’s Services. As a Youth Pastor, I find it necessary to always pray for ways to reach out to youth. It appears that society has abandoned our youth, therefore I understand that Childhood Traumas can effect our lives. I work with the adolescents and their families from this belief. A person cannot function in the "Here and Now" if they cannot resolve what happened in their past. I am committed and dedicated to help restore our young people to a prosperous spiritual heritage.
