AuthorHouse is a Print-On-Demand publisher which means your order will be printed specifically for you. Paperback books take three days in production before shipping, color books take four to five days in production before shipping, and hardcover, dustjacket, books take eight to ten days in production before shipping. After the production phase, your books are shipped via UPS Ground from LaVergne, TN. We do offer UPS Next Day and Second Day Air as shipping alternatives at an additional charge. When selecting the Next Day or the Second Day Air option, you understand the books will ship after the designated production time. (Example, Second Day Air on a paperback book will arrive approximately five days after the order has been processed. Example, Next Day Air on a hardcover book will arrive approximately nine to eleven days after the order has been processed. See map below for additional UPS Ground ship times.)

International orders, including orders to Alaska and Canada via USPS Media Mail, cannot be tracked or insured. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii via USPS Media Mail take approximately 2-4 weeks, unless otherwise specified. Orders to Canada depend on UPS Canada Ground Delivery Terms.

Due to the nature of our business, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or changed. Titles are non-returnable.
