About the Book

One world is composed of paradox, duality, and seeming contradictions. Living in it is like partially standing under an umbrella while the other part of us becomes soaked in the rain. Sooner or later we will inevitably "get wet." In order to feel inner balance in an external world that is harsh and complex, we must all dive deep within ourselves and discover the healing feminine aspect of God or Source, known as the "Divine Mother." When the mind is stilled, we can tangibly access and experience her inner love, compassion, and wisdom that is so much needed in life. Her energy percolates through our conscience, as she comforts and guides us through the trials and tribulations of life. We can talk to her directly though our inner calmness and faith. This book goes beyond rigid, dry, dogmatic beliefs and concepts and plunges us right into our own heart's love. In this dialogue we learn that one day, we not only converse with the Mother, but we merge with her and realize that through our spirituality we are the essence of love itself. She then tangibly flows inside us like an unbroken river of grace and we are continuously bathed in this love. We thus discover our own mastery of life through the experience of this hidden sacred potential, "the Divine Mother" within us all.

The conversations in this book are questions the author asks of the Divine Mother in meditation and in the day to day. Through sacred dialogue questions addressed include the nature of the Divine Mother and how we can experience her love in our lives. In addition, the author attempts to deeply approach the nature of the "inner river of grace," the dormant meditation energy so much discussed in Eastern and Western mysticism. Much discussion arises on how one can approach the Mother and her qualities and imbibe them within our own being. Issues on compassion, mercy, wisdom, beauty, healing, abundance, and grace are deeply dived into. Much dialogue ensues on how one's heart is blocked from experiencing inner love, and how to overcome such obstacles. An agony arises for the author as issues of loneliness, abandonment, and all seemingly difficult states of mind are brought to the Mother's consciousness for compassionate support.

In addition, the dialogue reflects that it is the Mother's force that is most needed in our physical world in these difficult times.

Above all, the message of this writing is that the Divine Mother is within all of us and that in our own spiritual unfoldment and awakening we can experience a love inside ourselves that is normally veiled and hidden. It is a matter of grace as well as self-effort that culminates the experience of enlightenment or the communion as all mystics and saints have done over the millennia of time.

Dr. Pemmaraju Rao's philosophy of life is that we are forever growing and learning on the path to enlightenment. He feels there is nothing that is "not spiritual" if we simply shift our focus, increase our contemplation and introspection, as well as deepen our insight. Real spirituality, he feels is truly being one's Self and accepting everything about others and ourselves in every given moment. We must be who we are and learn and grow from wherever we are. One cannot ignore issues in Psychology 101 and claim to be spiritual. He constantly looks to the enlightened masters as examples of what we must all become. In fact, he feels we are already enlightened. Ultimately everything reveals itself to us in its own time when we approach and return to God or Source directly within our own beings.

It is a matter of uncovering layer by layer "that which we are not in order to experience the enlightened state." Ultimate perfect health is the experience of enlightenment; everything we do represents our quest for health and healing through life's journey of Self-Realization and unfoldment.

Child, our dialogue is not ending; it is only beginning. In fact, there is no beginning or end. I want all to know that I simply "am." I am forever here, just as you are eternal. I am available any time, anywhere, and everywhere for those who are ready to hear, experience and understand. I am closer than your breath, for I am the life force itself. I am Kundalini, the great energy who is eagerly waiting to unfold within you when you are ready. I am here always to tell you that you are the light; you are God itself in the form of love and light. Child, work toward complete love, compassion, mercy, forgiveness, and steadfast dedication to eternal communion with Me through your fellow man. Child, the dark days of patriarchal coldness, aloofness, harshness, cruelty, and lack are over. It is time for undying, undecaying abundance, blessings, and prosperity. Dear one, may you use your pure wisdom power to guide your actions and your life. May you experience complete bliss and expanded consciousness. May you recognize that there are countless civilizations spread everywhere throughout every dimension, both seen and unseen, and that all beings are seeking the one universal force despite complex differences. That experience and essence are pure love. Everything responds to love. It is love that is the common ground that binds and unites all. This love is not philosophical; it is an actual experience. Only the conditioning of your mind stands in the way of unceasing, continuous ecstasy with your own hidden Self. You all are equivalent to God, but you do not think so. When you sit still, you will experience my hidden love within you.

Even if you are in the throes of misery, torture, adversity, hardship, or destitution, honor yourself. Behind such difficulties your inner Self pulsates with immense bliss and peace. You must discover this for yourself. If you are in a palace bedecked with jewels, fame and fabulous relationships, honor yourself there. Respect every situation in between these extremes, too. Total acceptance of everything both within and without is the true state of enlightenment as you stand beneath the umbrella’s edge of earthly life. Any circumstance with peaks and valleys will one day plateau and then rise without a fall. Dear ones, your goal is to maintain equipoise, balance, and equanimity. It is what you already are. Peel off the mental conditioning that does not allow you to remember. You can then easily navigate the polar opposites of life. Even if you are only receiving glimpses of Me despite much effort, honor these experiences as well. Your glimpses will turn into continuous vision. Your day- to-day life, in fact, can be the direct window to see Me. One day you will marvel at your beautiful necklace of pearls that you have created and crafted. I am closer than your breath and your thoughts. If you are ever in doubt of my being, just remember that you can never take a breath without my awareness of it. Try this and see. Contemplate the subtle force behind the breath that allows your lungs to expand and contract. It is not under your conscious control until you merge back into Me. Yet, even without your awareness it is my love that sustains your life and being through your breath and so many other hidden faculties. Even without your physical breath, you will know that you are immortal when you sit upon the throne of enlightenment. In this state, illusion is forever banished.

With this love you can go anywhere, be anything and do anything. You will rest in complete equipoise, equanimity and balance. You will no longer be dependent on externals for you will be supremely and completely free.

This is my sincere hope and wish; may you all find eternal freedom while living in the world.

Dear ones, the inner enemies are forever lurking, waiting to undermine your peace and good intentions. Use discernment. Introspect, contemplate, and forever analyze your life. At the same time, enjoy the moment for what it is. If you constantly analyze a fruit, you will not enjoy its taste. Your efforts through spiritual practice to know Me will draw grace so that you can make progress by leaps and bounds in your lives.

My dearest children, behind and within everything there is love.

May you all rest in the eternal light that is your true nature.

I am the Divine Mother. I am "You."
