Elena Tait is a first time author who enjoys writing a lot. She is the single mother of two teens and when not with them she is building houses with Habitat for Humanity or is in her pottery studio. She works in an elemantary school and loves tapping in to the childrens' imaginations for new inspirtions for her books.
One morning I woke up and went down to the kitchen to have breakfast. I decided to have my favorite thing, a peanut butter and banana sandwich. That's when it happened. I made my sandwich but when I put my bananas on it they just rolled right off. My peanut butter had lost its stick!
